β€’ Location: Western United States (Ideal locations: Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Portland, Spokane, Boise, Reno, Las Vegas) β€’ Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 β€’ Company Overview: Our client is a Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides mission-essential tactical equipment to the Department of Defense, law enforcement agencies, and first responders. β€’ Job Summary: Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Account Executive to lead their sales efforts in the Western United States.

Requirements

β€’ Military veterans strongly preferred with a solid understanding of military culture and tactical needs. β€’ Proven sales experience, ideally in a related industry or with government contracting, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization. β€’ Knowledge of tactical gear and government contracting preferred, but not required. β€’ Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. β€’ Self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus. β€’ Ability to travel frequently within the territory.

Benefits

β€’ Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. β€’ On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100,000 per year. β€’ Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. β€’ 401(k) plan with company matching. β€’ Generous car allowance and travel reimbursement. β€’ Extensive training and professional development opportunities.
