β’ Military veterans strongly preferred with a solid understanding of military culture and tactical needs. β’ Proven sales experience, ideally in a related industry or with government contracting, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization. β’ Knowledge of tactical gear and government contracting preferred, but not required. β’ Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. β’ Self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β’ Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus. β’ Ability to travel frequently within the territory.
β’ Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. β’ On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100,000 per year. β’ Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. β’ 401(k) plan with company matching. β’ Generous car allowance and travel reimbursement. β’ Extensive training and professional development opportunities.
