• Manage contracts for procurement and partnerships at Salesloft. • Review, draft, provide guidance on, and negotiate commercial procurement contracts. • Work directly with the Procurement Manager to improve the procurement process. • Partner with internal business clients to resolve issues in contract negotiations. • Develop strong relationships with internal contacts to ensure high service level. • Support other projects and initiatives as requested.
• A university degree in Law (LLM preferred but not required). • Fluency in English (both oral and written). • Strong knowledge of global commercial and contractual laws. • Strong knowledge of GDPR and other European and global security and privacy laws, and data security and privacy best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • At least three (3) years experience negotiating contracts (particularly for software / SaaS) in English as part of an in-house legal department or a law firm strongly preferred. • Documented history of ability to balance the needs of multiple initiatives and competing demands. • Demonstrate understanding of processes related to review, execution and storage of contracts as well as general contracting best practices. • Collaborative work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented/open environment. • Experience with Polish employment laws and regulations is a plus, but is not required. • Experience with partnership contracts such as referral agreements, technology integration agreements, and reseller agreements is a plus but not required.
