• Lead the development of dynamic tracing for applications, ensuring high performance and scalability, with additional contributions in similar capabilities for Java, Golang and Python. • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our backend services, focusing on reliability, performance, and security. • Analyze and resolve complex performance issues, improving the efficiency of our cybersecurity solutions. • Engage in code design and review sessions, promoting best practices in software development within the team. • Facilitate the adoption of robust software development practices, enhancing the quality and security of our applications. • Interact with clients to understand their needs, providing support on technical issues and gathering feedback for new features. • Mentor and support other developers, aiding in their professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java, with strong coding skills in Golang and Python as well. • Experienced in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications, with a preference for those knowledgeable in PostgreSQL and GraphQL. • Eager to learn about cryptography and its application in the industry, with a motivation to contribute to innovative cybersecurity solutions. • Skilled in translating complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
