• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, customizations, and enhancements based on business requirements • Create and manage workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements • Perform system integration and data migration tasks • Ensure ServiceNow platform stability, performance, and security
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Scripting, Workflows, Forms, and Service Catalog • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Business Management (ITBM) modules • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Excellent communication and documentation skills • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
