• Own end-to-end post-production across short-form and long-form projects • Work closely with producers and clients to shape compelling narratives and deliver polished, brand-aligned content • Perform basic sound mixing and color correction to ensure polished final outputs • Create basic 2D motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement • Ensure pacing, structure, and clarity align with the established creative direction • Collaborate closely with producers and clients to incorporate feedback effectively and efficiently • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency • Review all final content for technical quality, accuracy, and consistency before delivery • Follow current industry standards and best practices in post-production workflows
• 4+ years of professional post-production and video editing experience required • Agency and/or brand experience is required • Strong portfolio demonstrating both short-form and long-form editing work across digital and branded platforms • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Strong understanding of current post-production workflows, industry standards, and finishing best practices • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM) are non-negotiable
