Description

• Develop and maintain our player and admin mobile application using React Native. • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements. • Take ownership of the app development process and provide technical guidance to the team. • Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that delight customers. • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of the app. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, communicating effectively. • Identify opportunities to enhance the app's value proposition to athletes and organisations. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents. • Manage the Senior App Developer and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years experience proven experience as a hands-on app developer, with expertise in React Native. • Experience within media is a big plus but not mandatory. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and design effective solutions. • Experience with app development, user experience design, and integrating business objectives into technical decisions. • Demonstrated ability to manage and align technical workstreams with commercial priorities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage diverse stakeholders.
