• We are hiring a Marketing Director to build our marketing function. • In this role, you will leadour marketing efforts and drive Seedify’s growth and brand presence across de-fi and beyond. • You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Seedify’s profile, foster ecosystem growth, and support the successful launch of our cutting-edge offerings. • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and the community to create impactful campaigns that align with our strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences. • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with Seedifys vision, growth objectives, and ultimately our TVL. • Shape Seedify’s brand narrative and positioning within the Launchpad and Incubation space. • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Seedify’s products. • Utilize campaigns, events, conferences, and content marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth. • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies. • Develop and execute a community marketing strategy that leverages platforms such as blogs, Discord, Twitter and other relevant channels. • Establish Seedify as a thought leader through brand marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, events, and partnerships. • Management, manage end-to-end seller influencer projects from conceptualization, execution, to reporting. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer marketing initiatives with broader campaigns.
Requirements
• Hands on experience in B2C performance marketing roles within DeFi or a transferable environment • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including user acquisition and product adoption. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader cryptocurrency landscape. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration. • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Passion for web3 technology and a deep understanding of its potential impact on the future of finance and technology. • A good eye for design and past design experience would be a plus • Experience working with Launchpads beneficial • Established relationships within the Web3 community • Experience in event management and community building is a plus • Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns, with specific expertise in collaborating with crypto influencers or within the blockchain/crypto industry.
