β€’ Self Financial is a venture-backed FinTech company focused on economic inclusion and financial resilience. β€’ Responsible for managing day-to-day optimization of paid marketing campaigns. β€’ Drive the day-to-day campaign management and optimization of core acquisition channels. β€’ Own a significant share of the creative production process through in-house and agency partners. β€’ Help manage the planning and execution of paid user acquisition campaigns across various media.

Requirements

β€’ B.S. or M.S. degree and 1-2 years experience in paid media and user acquisition. β€’ Experience with major ads platforms such as Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube, and UAC campaigns), Facebook Ads, Snap Ads, Tik Tok ads, or Programmatic Display Experience β€’ Experience with mobile app acquisition, and MMP platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava, etc. β€’ Experience in A/B testing to drive KPI improvement β€’ Basic HTML & Javascript knowledge (Google Tag Manager knowledge is a plus!) β€’ Analytical/Data driven mindset (SQL knowledge is a plus!) β€’ Strong Microsoft Excel skills β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment β€’ Organization, planning, and prioritization skills are a must
