β’ B.S. or M.S. degree and 1-2 years experience in paid media and user acquisition. β’ Experience with major ads platforms such as Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube, and UAC campaigns), Facebook Ads, Snap Ads, Tik Tok ads, or Programmatic Display Experience β’ Experience with mobile app acquisition, and MMP platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava, etc. β’ Experience in A/B testing to drive KPI improvement β’ Basic HTML & Javascript knowledge (Google Tag Manager knowledge is a plus!) β’ Analytical/Data driven mindset (SQL knowledge is a plus!) β’ Strong Microsoft Excel skills β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment β’ Organization, planning, and prioritization skills are a must
