Description

•Play a pivotal role in shaping ServiceTitan’s Outbound Sales strategy. •Recruit, onboard, and train new hires. •Manage SDRs on objectives and performance achievement. •Monitor lead processes and catalyze pipeline creation. •Report to Sr. Management on KPIs and motivate team members. •Conduct weekly 1X1s with each SDR.

Requirements

•Direct experience as SDR/BDR and applicable team lead or management experience. •Strong preference for 2+ years SDR management experience. •Outbound specific cold-calling experience. •Track record of success managing a high-performing inside sales team. •Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes. •Enthusiastic attitude and expert communication skills. •Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence. •Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data. •Proficient with Salesforce.com. •Experience with Salesloft strongly preferred.
