Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space. β€’ Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques β€’ An ability to manage the full training cycle β€’ Experience with learning management software β€’ Proficiency in MS Office β€’ Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Strong organizational and team management skills β€’ BSc degree β€’ Additional certification in training is a plus
