Requirements

• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, Slack Administrator, CompTIA ITF, or similar are a plus. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration. • Strong experience providing remote IT support for users across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. • Familiarity with remote device management and monitoring tools. • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards related to cloud-based collaboration platforms. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong collaboration skills. • Excellent communication skills.
