β’ At least 1 year of experience in HR with a focus on benefits and leave management. β’ Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions is preferred. β’ SHRM-CP a plus but not required. β’ Able to learn our HRIS, benefits and talent management systems. β’ An excellent communicator with outstanding people skills. β’ A team player with a result driven approach. β’ Proactive, resourceful, and able to self-manage. β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. β’ Great problem-solving skills and basic understanding of HR procedures and policies. β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. β’ Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave. β’ Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment. β’ Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment.
