Requirements

β€’ At least 1 year of experience in HR with a focus on benefits and leave management. β€’ Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions is preferred. β€’ SHRM-CP a plus but not required. β€’ Able to learn our HRIS, benefits and talent management systems. β€’ An excellent communicator with outstanding people skills. β€’ A team player with a result driven approach. β€’ Proactive, resourceful, and able to self-manage. β€’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. β€’ Great problem-solving skills and basic understanding of HR procedures and policies. β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. β€’ Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave. β€’ Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment. β€’ Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment.
