• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to saving the planet. • Ability to travel up to 25% annually for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; an advanced degree is a plus. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams. • Extensive experience in the healthcare technology industry or related field. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build trust and close complex deals. • Strategic thinker with proven tactical execution skills.
