Description

• As a 2D Game Artist at SOFTGAMES, you will be responsible for creating the core gameplay assets for our Match-3 casual game. • Design and create visually appealing match-3 elements, boosters, blockers, props and UI components. • Ensure consistency in visual style and maintain a high level of detail and polish in all assets. • Collaborate with the game designers and developers to understand the game's requirements and integrate feedback into the artwork. • Optimize assets for performance without sacrificing visual quality. • Create animations and visual effects (FX) to enhance the gameplay experience (a plus).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 2D Game Artist, with a focus on casual games. • Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating game assets. • Proficiency in digital painting and illustration software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). • Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback. • Passion for casual games and a keen eye for engaging visual design.
