Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. • 10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a high-growth tech, SaaS, or consulting environment. • Proven track record in scaling lead generation, marketing, and growth operations, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth settings. • Strong knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, and sales funnel optimization. • Proficiency in understanding and optimizing tools within a tech stack to support growth and marketing teams effectively. • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to make informed, metrics-based decisions to drive growth and marketing impact. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience building and managing high-performance teams. • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital transformation services is highly desirable. • Experience in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus.
