• As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. • You will make an impact by: Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various positions within the company, including but not limited to Corporate, R&D, Sales & Manufacturing. • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs. • Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools. • Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting process and strategies. • Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment. • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of recruitment experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of recruitment experience. • Five (5) years of combined recruiting experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO in a private, public, government or military environment. • Experience using Workday for recruiting. • Five (5) years of experience sourcing and recruiting. • Experience recruiting exempt level talent in Corporate, R&D, Sales & Manufacturing. • Stakeholder management and engagement. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting CRMs and other HR software. • An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action. • Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires. • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels. • Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives. • Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent. • Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and ongoing relationship management.
