Description
• Ensuring adherence to local, national, and global employment laws and regulations in all recruiting practices. • Managing the administration and tracking of pre-employment contingencies. • Maintaining accurate records of compliance reviews, audits, and investigations. • Generating regular reports on compliance metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of Talent Acquisition Experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of Talent Acquisition Experience • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition compliance • 2 years of experience working with employment law and regulation • 2 years of experience using Workday (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite tools
