Description

• Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging top-tier talent across various channels. • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, professional networking, job boards, and employee referrals. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies. • Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools to target and engage passive candidates. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and networking events. • Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. • Track and report sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of candidate sourcing experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of candidate sourcing experience • Five (5) years of combined sourcing experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO in a private, public, government or military environment • Experience using Workday for recruiting. • Experience as a Talent Scout in a fast-paced corporate environment. • Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates. • Advance experience with Boolean search strings and other search methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting CRM’s and other HR software. • Commitment to diversity and inclusion with a passion for attracting top talent from diverse backgrounds.
