• Realizar llamadas entrantes y salientes de alto volumen a clientes potenciales • Clasificar leads según criterios predefinidos • Concertar y confirmar citas de ventas para los cerradores • Seguir un guión de ventas estructurado y probado • Manejar objeciones con confianza y profesionalismo • Rastrear llamadas, resultados y citas concertadas de manera precisa • Participar en reuniones semanales de ventas • Mantener una comunicación clara con el equipo de ventas
• Inglés fluido/cercano a nativo con un acento excelente (requerido) • Fuerte presencia telefónica y habilidades de comunicación claras • Experiencia previa en: Cita Concertada SDR / Desarrollo de Ventas • Ventas salientes • Atención al cliente enfocada en ventas • Cómodo trabajando con objetivos de llamadas diarias y KPIs • Capacidad para memorizar guiones y adaptar mensajes cuando sea necesario
