Description

• Manage relationships with internal team and external partners for technical solutions • Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope and implement new technical initiatives • Ensure efficient processes within Oracle Opera Cloud • Provide technical and functional support post “go-live” • Monitor and optimize performance of integration processes • Conduct routine maintenance and debugging on operating system • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide QA for system updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or an accredited technical certificate program • Minimum three (3) years OPERA property management experience required, OPERA Cloud experience preferred • Highly organized individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Possess a results-oriented, can-do attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Able to clearly communicate with leadership and management at all levels of the organization • Acts as a leader and establishes themselves as a trusted product expert
