Description

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement • Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign success • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive social media efforts • Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative campaign ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) • 3 years or more experience in social media management or related field • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools • Creative mindset to produce engaging and visually appealing content • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns (a plus)
