Requirements

• 5+ years in Community Management and Growth Hacking strategies with a track record in scaling community programs. • Proven experience in Community Management within the Data Science (AI/ML) and/or Web3 ecosystem. • Demonstrated success in growing online communities from inception. • Familiarity with Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Substack, YouTube, and Podcasting platforms. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Ability to distill complex technical subjects for a broad audience. • Agility in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to rapid changes and delivering quality under pressure. • Keen interest in Data Science, AI/ML, zkML, and the Web3 ecosystem. • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying long-term opportunities and trends. • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
