Description

• Manage and support team leads overseeing full-time providers. • Lead, onboard, and support team leads managing therapists. • Facilitate training and professional development for team leads. • Conduct 1:1s, case consultations, and team meetings to support leads. • Promote high-quality care by analyzing performance metrics. • Cultivate a collaborative community to empower team leads. • Monitor and optimize team performance by tracking workload and productivity. • Serve as a thought partner in expanding therapist team using data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve clinical support and services. • Ensure compliance with Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the US with full US licensure. • Masters-level clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc) or licensed psychologist required. • Has 2+ years of experience managing clinicians, demonstrating strong leadership in clinical settings. • Brings 5+ years of clinical care experience, with a commitment to high-quality, precise mental healthcare. • Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills. • Excels in establishing processes and clear, concise documentation. • Possesses a solid foundation in multicultural and ethical standards of practice. • Has experience with data analysis or research environments. • Proactive self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments. • Experience in providing feedback to enhance clinical tools and developing educational content.
