Requirements

β€’ Must be physically located in the US with full US licensure. β€’ Masters-level clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc) or licensed psychologist required. β€’ Has 2+ years of experience managing clinicians, demonstrating strong leadership in clinical settings. β€’ Brings 5+ years of clinical care experience, with a commitment to high-quality, precise mental healthcare. β€’ Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Excels in establishing processes and clear, concise documentation. β€’ Possesses a solid foundation in multicultural and ethical standards of practice. β€’ Has experience with data analysis or research environments. β€’ Proactive self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments. β€’ Experience in providing feedback to enhance clinical tools and developing educational content.
