Description

• Customer Care Representative serves as primary technical support contact for complex customers • Monitor time to resolve support cases, ensuring adherence to SLAs • Expert on Client’s custom implementations and resolve setup issues • Conduct regular case reviews with customers • Collaborate with account team and attend bridge calls for escalated issues • Plan and execute events for customers • Prepare reports for stakeholders to highlight customer health index • Provide consulting advice and share insights into new product features • Ensure high standard of service delivery for platinum customers

Requirements

• Strong customer interpersonal skills • Willingness to serve customers across various time zones • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to dig into details of a system or process to solve problems • Desire and ability to rapidly learn new technical skills • Self-motivated and takes initiative • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment • College Degree • Experience deploying Voice and Non-Voice Contact center applications • Knowledge of Voice protocols like TCP/IP, VOIP, UDP, SIP, RTP • Knowledge in CTI or Voice recording products • Knowledge on VOIP, Dialer, ACD, IVR, SBC • Experience in Groovy and Javascript
