• Sprout Social is looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to head our GTM Systems and Data function. • This critical role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes that support our go-to-market efforts. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and IT, to understand their needs and align technology solutions. • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of technical experts.
Requirements
• Minimum of 8+ years in a sales operations role with a majority focus on leading GTM systems and data governance initiatives • Minimum of 5+ years managing teams showcasing excellent leadership skills • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization • Experience with Gong and Outreach, including data integration and analysis • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and data privacy regulations • Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
