Description

• Lead and drive operations excellence for Stacatruc, a leading material handling company • Deliver exceptional service and sustainable solutions • Manage and motivate an operational team to ensure targets are met • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations • Full responsibility for fiscal performance and P & L

Requirements

• Minimum of 5yrs+ experience in Operations management • Proven leadership experience in operations management • Ability to manage direct reports • Track record or implementing projects • A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change • Strong commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for sustainability and community engagement • Regularly visit each depot within the group • Candidates with experience as Operations Manager within a Material Handling / plant / equipment hire, M&E Engineering contracting, or transport / logistics background would be preferred
