• About the company • Standing on Giants empowers businesses to build thriving online communities. • We prize sustainable practices and work with businesses like Airbnb. • About the role • We are looking for a Spanish and English-speaking Community Manager for maternity cover. • Implement the online community strategy for Airbnb’s online communities. • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for community members. • Adhere to Airbnb's communication strategy and support community management. • Responsibilities • Support the Senior Community Team to implement community management strategy. • Manage daily community engagement and performance. • Monitor performance and send reports on community progress.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English, excellent communication skills especially in writing, including editing and content creation • Outstanding engagement skills including promoting productive behaviours, being relentlessly positive and effectively managing conflicts • Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders - high emotional intelligence • Strong technical skills including community platform, Excel & Google suite • Strong analytical skills, including data collection and reporting • Effective organisational and prioritisation skills • Experience in running or managing online communities (forums) or similar client-facing operational experience • Experience working with large organisations, being adaptable and flexible to change • Experience organising, attending and reporting insights for online and offline community meetups and events • Nice to have • Experience working in Customer Service • Fluency in Portuguese, Italian, German or French is a plus
