• Ability to actively manage team's opportunity pipeline and productively deploy Facility Solutions (FS) business developers against largest opportunities • Develop penetration strategies alongside business developers, account managers, account executives, and leadership to maximize attainment of largest FS opportunities. • Ability to work with the VP and AVP to provide strategic insights on the business. • Ability to coordinate with appropriate teams to report accurately on Vertical Markets pipeline for customers and prospects. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives within the customer base. • Strong coaching FS Sellers on selling techniques, including Strategic Selling with Perspective, and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ability to work with associates to create Individual Development Plans and Career Pathing opportunities. • Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new sales associates.

Requirements

• 8+ years related experience managing large complex customers. • 5+ years managing high-performing national, multi-regional team engaged in complex selling activities. • Bachelor’s degree • Proven JanSan industry experience and connections • Skilled in business analytics with the ability to make financial and fact-based decisions • Understanding terminology of a variety of Vertical Markets (Healthcare, GPO, SLED, BSC, Commercial Real Estate, etc. • Understanding of supply chain, JanSan industry, infection control • Business and leadership experience
