• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Expertise building content and email marketing and using data to measure results and optimize. • Understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar). • Experience working with software product organizations and a deep understanding of operating in a tech environment. • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach. • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments, especially with creative teams and marketing automation platforms. • Passion for B2B SaaS and the target market's challenges. • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. • You think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time. • Experience marketing a product with features similar to Steer (e.g., Text & Email Messaging, Online Scheduling). • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies.
