• Responsible for building the best team of professionals. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through various channels. • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications. • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Requirements
• Successful work experience as an IT recruiter. • Familiarity with recruitment/sourcing tools and techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Orientation to the details. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. • A result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
