Description
• Responsible for high-volume inventory AP processes including reconciling inventory-related accounts, processing vendor invoices, and journal entries. • Requires exceptional communication skills to maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a retail environment. • Technical proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables). • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. • Strong high-volume, three-way match experience. • Understanding of AP's impact on accounting and SOX compliance requirements. • Experience managing and reconciling inventory-related accounts.
