• Assist in day-to-day operations of benefits • Serve as technical expert on file feeds resolution • Maintain and deliver employee benefit census files • Engage in compliance activities with vendors • Answer employee issues regarding benefits • Conduct virtual meetings for benefit-related questions • Assist in developing benefit communication materials and trainings

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, HR and Payroll systems • Strong problem-solving skills • Employee Experience mindset • Excellent multitasking and organization skills • Strong communication skills
