Description

• Provide leadership and direction to Records department • Develop and maintain data governance policies and processes • Transition from paper to electronic records • Manage in-house and vendor systems for records tracking • Recommend records management software solutions • Monitor programs for compliance and efficiency • Administer records retention schedules and audits • Collaborate with leadership on records management solutions • Train and present to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, business administration, or a related field required • Four or more years of experience in data governance, MDM, records management, or related roles required • Two or more years in a supervisory role/experience leading contractors required • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required • Experience implementing ISO controls in records management, quality management, and/or information security desired • Experience transitioning enterprise from physical to electronic records management desired • Experience with DMS and data governance tools desired • Certified Records Manager (CRM) in good standing or relevant certifications are a plus • Strong project management skills and understanding of AI systems interaction with data are a plus • Experience using Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus • Active participation in information management organizations is expected
