β€’ Provide leadership and direction to Records department β€’ Develop and maintain data governance policies and processes β€’ Transition from paper to electronic records β€’ Manage in-house and vendor systems for records tracking β€’ Recommend records management software solutions β€’ Monitor programs for compliance and efficiency β€’ Administer records retention schedules and audits β€’ Collaborate with leadership on records management solutions β€’ Train and present to internal stakeholders

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, business administration, or a related field required β€’ Four or more years of experience in data governance, MDM, records management, or related roles required β€’ Two or more years in a supervisory role/experience leading contractors required β€’ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required β€’ Experience implementing ISO controls in records management, quality management, and/or information security desired β€’ Experience transitioning enterprise from physical to electronic records management desired β€’ Experience with DMS and data governance tools desired β€’ Certified Records Manager (CRM) in good standing or relevant certifications are a plus β€’ Strong project management skills and understanding of AI systems interaction with data are a plus β€’ Experience using Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus β€’ Active participation in information management organizations is expected
