β’ Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, business administration, or a related field required β’ Four or more years of experience in data governance, MDM, records management, or related roles required β’ Two or more years in a supervisory role/experience leading contractors required β’ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required β’ Experience implementing ISO controls in records management, quality management, and/or information security desired β’ Experience transitioning enterprise from physical to electronic records management desired β’ Experience with DMS and data governance tools desired β’ Certified Records Manager (CRM) in good standing or relevant certifications are a plus β’ Strong project management skills and understanding of AI systems interaction with data are a plus β’ Experience using Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus β’ Active participation in information management organizations is expected
