β€’ We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to work exclusively with a top client specializing in trading education. β€’ This role will lead the marketing efforts and drive growth for their products and services. β€’ The Marketing Manager will develop daily, monthly, and annual marketing strategies, create a comprehensive campaign calendar, establish brand strategy, set budgets & media buying, and conduct market and competitor analysis. β€’ As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the execution of our marketing strategy, guiding a team of marketing managers and professionals. β€’ Develop and implement a marketing strategy that propels business growth. β€’ Analyze key performance metrics, market research, competitor insights, campaign results, and consumer trends. β€’ Adjust marketing plans based on analysis and insights to enhance consumer understanding and align with business goals. β€’ Equip the sales team with effective tools and materials. β€’ Advise on corporate brand development. β€’ Identify new business opportunities and provide actionable strategies for the marketing and sales teams. β€’ Manage annual marketing budgets effectively. β€’ Foster strong relationships with managers across the organization. β€’ Oversee a wide range of marketing activities, from digital to social media and market research. β€’ Coordinate with external agencies to maximize marketing efforts. β€’ Mentor and guide the marketing team on priorities, budgets, and resource allocation. β€’ Implement high-performing marketing strategies that improve performance across various channels. β€’ Conduct market analysis and evaluate campaign effectiveness. β€’ Ensure marketing initiatives are engaging, proactive, and results-driven. β€’ Communicate marketing goals clearly to both the team and the broader organization. β€’ Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. β€’ Establish best practices and leverage insights to refine marketing plans.

Requirements

β€’ A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities. β€’ A proven leader who exemplifies company values and promotes high performance. β€’ Experienced in project management with comprehensive marketing knowledge. β€’ Media Buying Experience β€’ Skilled at building relationships across teams and with external partners. β€’ A strong communicator, capable of providing expert guidance. β€’ Proficient in content creation, CRM, social media marketing, SEO, public relations, email marketing, PPC, and automation. β€’ Analytical, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and trends to identify opportunities. β€’ Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment. β€’ Educated with a BS/BA in business management, marketing, advertising, or a related field with 5-10 years of equivalent experience.
