• Work closely with Commercial Operations teams, Sales, Service, Marketing, and external customers. • Influence internal and external customers while communicating best practices. • Develop strategic partnerships and detailed analysis for business insights. • Compile monthly/quarterly BOA highlights and dashboards. • Shadow BOA calls for feedback and consistency. • Develop and implement scalable processes and updated training materials. • Lead new hire onboarding and training for team alignment. • Build and maintain strong external relationships for customer needs. • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, sales, and service teams. • Maximize customer value through

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 4+ years of work experience in inside sales, supply chain services, healthcare, customer service, analytics, or operations-based work • Experience working in MS Office Suite with experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required • Advanced knowledge of an ERP Sales Order module required • Previous experience working as a team lead preferred • Ability to transform data into meaningful information with custom reports • Ability to evaluate and recommend changes to existing business processes
