β’ The Customer Service Support Representative I position interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries. β’ Must project a professional image and provide superior service via various contact channels. β’ Responds to inquiries in a courteous manner and researches assistance requested. β’ Educates customers on eligibility, benefits, and claims payment. β’ Thoroughly document all customer interactions and route inquiries appropriately. β’ Contributes to the organization by suggesting service delivery improvements.
β’ High School Diploma or Equivalent. β’ 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment. β’ Dental terminology knowledge and group health insurance experience a plus. β’ Proven professional verbal and written communication skills. β’ Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to work independently and with a team. β’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. β’ Cooperative, professional, and effective interaction skills with co-workers and visitors. β’ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. β’ Ability to tolerate repetitive work without compromising accuracy and service levels. β’ Required to attend additional training as requested.
