Description

β€’ The Customer Service Support Representative I position interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries. β€’ Must project a professional image and provide superior service via various contact channels. β€’ Responds to inquiries in a courteous manner and researches assistance requested. β€’ Educates customers on eligibility, benefits, and claims payment. β€’ Thoroughly document all customer interactions and route inquiries appropriately. β€’ Contributes to the organization by suggesting service delivery improvements.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or Equivalent. β€’ 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment. β€’ Dental terminology knowledge and group health insurance experience a plus. β€’ Proven professional verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work independently and with a team. β€’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. β€’ Cooperative, professional, and effective interaction skills with co-workers and visitors. β€’ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to tolerate repetitive work without compromising accuracy and service levels. β€’ Required to attend additional training as requested.
