Description

• Manage the successful planning and execution of all SureCost events (trade shows, webinars, user conference), collaborating with vendors, hosts, and external partners to ensure seamless logistics. • Develop and manage event budgets in partnership with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial standards. • Create and manage detailed event timelines and project plans in Monday.com, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Marketing Agency to design and implement effective promotional strategies for events, including social media and email campaigns. • Oversee event registration processes and attendee communications, ensuring a smooth experience for participants. • Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to define webinar topics and schedules, and facilitate all aspects of webinar execution, including technical rehearsals and live management. • Utilize data from Marketing Operations to assess event effectiveness, gather feedback, and report on outcomes to inform future strategies. • Work closely with the Sr. User Conference Events Manager to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and lead on-site execution for the User Conference - our largest annual event. • Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and marketing materials, ensuring everything is organized and accessible. • Support cross-functional teams, ensuring all marketing assets are correctly named and available on the Confluence Marketing Resource page, and assist with coordination between the marketing agency and internal teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of marketing events experience (ideally in a B2B SaaS company) • Proficient in productivity applications, such as Monday.com and Google Drive • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and HubSpot • Comfortable using networking/social media tools, such as LinkedIn and Facebook • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties • Strong verbal/written and communication skills • High attention to detail, organized and strong project management skills • Ability to excel working independently or with a team, both internally and externally, and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
