Description

• Validate Warehouse capacity planning in alignment with Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning teams. • Manage customer site operations to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets through action plans and regular reviews. • Analyze and planning of workload, for allocation of resources to drive assessment of actual productivity in relation to benchmarks. • Build strong local logistics competencies in the local team to drive innovation and agility. • Overall supervision of personnel including staffing, evaluations, recruitment, training, payroll, and related matters. • Ensure that all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost-effective manner according to the applicable codes. • Establish and implement policies and procedures for facilities operations, including equipment replacement, quality assurance, and safety. • Ensure that all facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. • Special projects and related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent, MBA preferred • Minimum of 10 Years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics • Minimum 7 years’ experience in involvement with automated systems and/or distribution and material handling systems; preferred. • Warehouse experience utilizing digital technologies and innovation. • Strong people leadership and talent developer experience. • Experience in managing multiple projects, high level scheduling managing within budget. • Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects across broad internal (business leadership, sales/solutions, hardware and software engineering, etc.) & external stakeholders (client leadership, general contractors, architects, subcontractors). • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
