• Identify and reach out to decision-makers, generate new leads, and screen potential business prospects. • Conduct intro calls with prospects to assess needs and introduce company offerings. • Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with potential clients and existing customers with a focus on revenue generation. • Utilize in-depth knowledge of company offerings and customer research to showcase how our solutions meet client needs. • Manage the presale process and all related roles. • Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and other deal-related materials to support client acquisition efforts. • Oversee the sales cycle to close new business opportunities and achieve personal revenue targets. • Take part in creating revenue growth plans. • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and finance teams to ensure sales plan execution. • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, and regularly addressing their needs. • Maintain and share industry insights and professional expertise within the sales team.
• English level - C1/fluent • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a similar or related position • Experience in IT services companies • Proven track record with lead generation and deal closure • Experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail • Exceptional business etiquette • Proactive, innovative, and highly organized, with a focus on driving results in a proactive manner.
