• Lead a highly cross-functional role • Deliver best-in-class campaigns and content • Nurture and inspire teams of Art Directors • Cultivate and oversee a growing team of junior and mid-level Art Directors, Copywriters and Content Creators • Understand and accomplish measurable results
Requirements
• 5+ years of Creative experience • Innovative and creative vision • Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment • Proven success executing on a broad spectrum of marketing communications projects • Positive work ethic and positive attitude • Agility in a dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to respond to changing business needs, priorities, and direction • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are essential, AfterEffects is a plus but not required.
