β’ 5 years of experience in distribution preferred and channel sales experience in a security, networking or infrastructure company. β’ Extensive understanding of operational requirements within the channel ecosystem. β’ Strong presentation skills at all levels, business development acumen, and virtual team building. β’ Capable of developing and presenting interesting solutions strategies, meeting/exceeding customer requirements/expectations. β’ Results-oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management. β’ Ability to manage business with the ability to engage with all levels of a distribution partner organization and achieving a high level of customer and partner satisfaction. β’ Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined plan.
