• The Business Project Senior Advisor position supports regulatory compliance work across complex stakeholders. • Responsible for leading and delivering IT solutions for compliance projects. • Requires experience in project management and Agile methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least 7 years related project management experience. • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance. • Knowledge of US Employer Medical operations and processes preferred. • Project management or Agile certification strongly preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to produce executive-level status reporting. • Strong relationship building and team integration skills. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passionate leader with desire to drive transformational change. • Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task.
