Description

• As a UX/UI Designer, you'll collaborate across Product and Technology teams. • Conceptualize original ideas that simplify design challenges. • Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices. • Execute design projects from concept to final hand-off to engineering. • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas. • Stay updated on design trends and push the design system forward. • Advocate for users and innovate user experiences supporting business goals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of proven track record as a successful UX/UI designer. • Experience designing for web, mobile responsive, and native mobile platforms. • Strong portfolio is required. • Deep knowledge of design systems including website’s best practices, iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Guidelines. • Understanding and experience with accessibility guidelines. • Must have experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Lucidchart, Photoshop, etc. • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. • Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Strong presentation and documentation skills. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Experience in or passion for the Healthcare industry is a plus.
