• OBO is one of North America's top monday.com partners seeking a Monday.com Consultant. • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance. • Implement effective solutions using the Monday.com platform. • Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize the benefits of Monday.com. • Troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Monday.com Consultant or in a similar role, implementing Monday.com projects. • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Monday.com, including creating workflows, automation, and integrations. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines. • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Monday.com or similar project management tools. • Experience in training and conducting workshops for clients. • Familiarity with other project management software and tools.
