• Design solutions and provide technical solutions for IT projects with detailed documentation; • Evaluate business processes and user requirements related to enterprise-wide enabling technologies; • Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. • Collaborate with a global team to define KPIs and measure service performance. • Ensure the SDLC team adheres to SOX controls. • Assist and mentor team members in Scrum Agile Framework and SAFe.
Requirements
• Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Technology Management, or a related field of study. • Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience. • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Technology Management or a related field of study plus 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience. • Required knowledge or experience with: ITIL and SDLC principles and framework; • Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies. • BPA (Business Process Analysis), BPM (Business Process Modelling), Fit Gap Analysis, SWOT Analysis; • Account to Close, Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay process streams; • Integration of Oracle JD Edwards ERP systems with external systems; • Oracle ERP JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules; • Oracle ERP JD Edwards system architecture; • ITSM concepts; • SOX and SoD; • SQL Statements to resolve data inconsistency issues.
