• Provide oversight and guidance around vendor engagement to ensure internal team members are following accurate processes and procedures. • Maintain electronic data base of contracts to ensure procurement is aware of upcoming expiration dates. • Monitor vendor contracts to ensure Thermo Fisher policies are being followed and expectations are being met. • Manage invoicing process for vendors to ensure appropriate cross charges are taking place. • Evaluate vendor performance by understanding specific service level agreements and key performance indicators. • Use vendor management systems to analyze relevant reporting.
• 1 or more years in HR or TA administrative role or experience in customer service / administrative role • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. • Organizational Skills • Strong computer Skills • Ability to multitask • Strong oral and written communication skills • High level of customer service • Problem solving • Ability to be flexible and agile with changes and complex requests • Self-motivated
