Requirements

• Experience in direct consultative B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or HR Tech • Proven track record of success in new business generation and expansion within existing clients • Self-motivated team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities, leveraging your CRM (HubSpot preferred) • Remote work experience and readiness to travel when necessary for internal events or client meetings
