Requirements
• Excellent command of oral and written English • Professional or academic experience with writing, editing, or publishing • Proficiency with word processing applications such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs • Experience with using and administrating knowledge base or other web publishing software • Extreme attention to detail • Ability to think creatively, especially when dealing with challenging or complex situations • Ability to learn complex systems and devise and implement accurate and thorough documentation and instructions about these systems • Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ask questions when uncertain • 1–2 years of work experience as a technical writer, preferably in the technology industry or a related field • Knowledge of basic CSS, HTML, or JavaScript • Experience working with APIs or in a docs-as-code environment
