β€’ About The Company: Three Space Lab (β€œ3SL”) is redefining the real estate industry with immersive, on-demand VR experiences. β€’ Role Overview: Seeking a dynamic Customer Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, strengthen partner engagement, and drive growth strategy. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CEO and Chief of Staff to develop and execute sales and growth strategies, identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or related industries (e.g., construction, architecture) β€’ Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close strategic contracts β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management, with expertise in customizing and automating sales processes β€’ Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mindset, results-driven and proactive in building a robust business pipeline β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environments β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Experience building and managing high performing teams (preferred) β€’ Experience in social media strategy and execution (preferred) β€’ Familiarity with customer success management principles (preferred) β€’ A track record of high achievement in previous roles, consistently exceeding quotas without compromising values (preferred)
