Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of basic practices and principles • Experience in fast growing, fast moving, mid-sized companies preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to a continuous improvement environment • Ability to navigate in ambiguity and exercise good judgment in stressful situations • Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders, managers and Thrivers at all levels • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, HRIS, and payroll systems
